Our goal is to deliver an exceptional yearbook experience from the moment a school begins working on its book to the day it arrives. We manage the full lifecycle of every order, coordinating production, vendor partnerships, quality control, customer support, and on-time delivery across all ECS brands.

Our mission is to grow each ECS brand by connecting with schools in meaningful, creative, and authentic ways. We build relationships, craft campaigns, and share our story across channels, from personalized outreach to national advertising, helping schools see what makes ECS different and why their yearbook belongs with us.

Our production team works hard to bring every yearbook to life from the first print proof to the final delivery. Led by Oliver Darocha, the Production Team maintains our uncompromising quality standards across every order, for every school, every year.

Our goal is to build the largest repository of yearbook design assets for all ECS brands, helping schools create the best books possible. We leverage those same resources in our marketing campaigns and provide world-class book-building and cover design services.

HUMAN RESOURCES & ACCOUNTING
The operational backbone of ECS provides finance, accounting, payroll, and HR services and support across the entire corporation. Tianna Ellerbee leads a team focused on attracting and retaining the highest-caliber employees and giving them everything they need to succeed in their roles.
